Courtney is a seasoned sports music & live event presentation executive. He has provided music direction, programming and consulting for global sports, media and entertainment brands.

Courtney currently serves as Music Director at BSE Global (Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment) where he is responsible for in game music elements at Brooklyn Nets and NY Liberty games at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Before coming to Brooklyn, Courtney served as an Associate Music Director at Madison Square Garden for a decade, where he provided in game music for the NY Knicks, NY Rangers and NY Liberty at Madison Square Garden.

Courtney also serves as a Music Consultant for the National Basketball Association (NBA,) where he travels the world performing in countries such as: China, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Italy and the United Kingdom; playing music at international contests for NBA Global Games; domestically, at NBA All-Star, NBA 2K League, Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremonies and NBA Draft events. Courtney played an essential role during the 2019-20 NBA Restart in Orlando, Florida; as Lead Music Coordinator, where he programmed and played music for nationally televised scrimmages, regular season games, playoffs, conference finals and the NBA Finals.

Courtney remains passionate about creating lasting memories for his wedding clients, as this is where it all began for him and founding Big Man Entertainment in 2003.

Jason Negron is a seasoned event MC, with over 15 years of experience. Jason specializes in hosting corporate events, sporting events, banquets, conferences, weddings & Mitzvahs. He is a versatile MC who can transform any event, into the party of the year!

Jason can adapt to any crowd, regardless of age, gender, demographic or function. His personality & stage presence has fans & clients craving for more.

Eli is more than just an Emcee and Disc Jockey, he is fully immersed in the culture of entertainment and not only performs as a DJ but is also a well known Bboy and breakdancer in the tricity breakdancing scene.

Taking his love for music and dance he brought his passions to the classroom and also teaches the art of dance, coupled with his formal education on the subject, to help local kids and parents reach their dance and health goals. As a father Eli is passionate about kids and has an ear for what is cool and appropriate for everyone and has hosted an array of parties from all ages to all sorts of functions. As things change in the face of the current pandemic he has taken his skills to a virtual interface and has adapted new ways to bring the party to you in the safest ways possible.

The Refugee Camp, Naughty by Nature, Queen Latifah, Power 105’s DJ Self, Love & Hip-Hop NY’s Mariah Lynn & Rick Ross and have benefitted from Doughboy’s song writing.

Fun fact, DJ Ria is the resident DJ for the New York Liberty.

Maria is not only an accomplished DJ & Event Emcee, but she’s also a Full-time Wilhelmina Model & Radio Host. You can catch her on SIRIUS XM on Shade 45, Live89FM & Stationhead Radio. Additionally, Maria has been a correspondent on ESPN and hosts her own Maria in the Mix podcast.

DJ Chris M. has been a fixture behind a set of turntables for well over a decade. Beginning a musical journey that started in a home with musicians, Chris learned at an early age about the amazing feel a good beat brings. Driven by the influence of the DJs he heard around town, on the airwaves of his favorite stations & those seen in music videos, led to him getting his own equipment with a desire to contribute to a musical landscape that continues today.

After some time cultivating a comfortable level of capability on the decks, along with the support of various DJ crews, Chris would go on to spin at nightlife venues across the Tri-State area & beyond, while also performing at weddings, private events and for corporate clients including the likes of MTV and RedBull.

After joining the group here at Big Man Entertainment, Chris continues to tune his melodic horizons. He regularly consults with our team members and clientele with the goal of producing quality events. These experiences also help cultivate his musical taste and programming abilities, bringing a fun time to any dance floor or the ideal mood for any occasion.
